 Confido Health Solution provides worry-free treatment and preventive check-ups in the best private and public medical institutions in Estonia, under the supervision of top doctors and specialists.

By visiting Denslux Dentistry and informing us of the existence of the Confido Health Solution, the insured person is guaranteed a hassle-free settlement. This means that the billing is between the provider and Confido Health Solution and the insured only has to pay the
co-payment. When paying the bill yourself, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the service via the Confido Health Self-Service Portal.

The following costs are reimbursed under dental cover without a referral*:

  • the cost of dental visits and consultations;
  • hambaravi;
  • oral hygiene services;
  • outpatient surgical dental services;
  • local anaesthesia;
  • root and gum treatment;
  • the cost of prostheses, crowns and implants.

The following costs* are not reimbursed under dental cover:

  • Cosmetic and aesthetic dental and oral surgery and procedures
    (including teeth whitening, dental veneers, aesthetic veneers and
    dentures);
  • orthodontics;
  • caps and other equipment not related to dental care (including snoring, sports and
    burksism caps);
  • products to take with you (including toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush);
  • outpatient treatment, mental health, special diagnostics, preventive medical check-ups,
    outpatient rehabilitation, hospital treatment and additional services
    covered by the insurance.
