Not every wisdom tooth must be removed. The decision depends on disease, repeated symptoms and the risk of damage to the neighbouring tooth.<\/p>\n<h2>When is monitoring enough?<\/h2>\n<p>A healthy, fully erupted and cleanable wisdom tooth can often be checked regularly. An impacted tooth without symptoms is not automatically removed.
